Every new harvest season brings its own story, shaped by weather, soil conditions, and the careful stewardship of our partner farmers in Fiji. The 2026 season has been one of our strongest yet.
Consistent rainfall through the growing months produced robust root systems, and our farmers report some of the highest kavalactone concentrations they have seen in years. For our customers, this means richer flavour, smoother preparation, and potent effects.
We visited our primary farm partners in late December to oversee the early harvest. Walking through rows of mature kava plants -- some over four years old -- is a humbling reminder of the patience required to produce truly premium kava.
This season we are expanding our partnership with three additional farming families in Kadavu, bringing our total sourcing network to twelve family-operated farms. Each new partner goes through a rigorous vetting process to ensure alignment with our quality and ethical standards.
The first shipments from the 2026 harvest are now arriving in our Sydney warehouse. Expect to see the new season stock across our Instant and Traditional ranges by late February.
